We are renting in morning blocks: flexible morning start until 1pm$200 + HST = $226 monthly for a dedicated morning

e.g. all Tuesday mornings until 1pm

and afternoon/evening blocks: 1:30pm start until flexible evening end$350 + HST = $395.50 monthly for a dedicated afternoon/evening

e.g. all Thursday afternoon/evenings from 1:30pm onward
