These guys are great. I do both couples therapy and one on one sessions for the past 3 years. Helped me through a lot of stuff. The staff are all super nice. I try to coax all my friends here.

Toronto Counselling Centre is a wonderfully reliable, communicative and forward thinking practice - I highly recommend their services! The pace of my therapy has been set with an awareness for my personal comfort level and needs each and every session.  I’ve grown consistently and gained confidence taking action within my personal and professional communities. A rare gem in the city’s offering of therapy services, I have not aged out of or encountered restrictions from assistance offered by Toronto Counselling Centre. Long term troubles, short term stresses, living on the West and East side of the city - the ease of connecting with my counsellor has never wavered and remained accessible through challenges, changes and transitions.  Connected to Toronto Counselling Centre, I feel seen and strongly supported - I know someone is on my side and forever in my corner.

the therapists here are great at what they do and make you feel so comfortable!! super accommodating. the receptionists are also super sweet and the whole place is clean and cozy. have been coming for almost a year now and feel it's helped me so much- don't plan on stopping :)

i’ve been coming here for a while and it really helps me. the receptionists always greet me by name and are so kind and accommodating. my therapist is phenomenal in her own way, she’s so great at helping me and i really appreciate her services. :)
