Our Fees

Our regular rate for a 1 hour session with our Registered Psychotherapists or Social Workers is $185 (flat fee). As of April 1st, these fees will increase by $5 to $190 (flat fee).

Senior level therapists are $200/hr. Currently our senior staff are Bjorn Kwok, Ailidh Carpendale and Jessica Zeyl.

We also have student therapists which are $85 (flat fee). 

We accept credit card and cash payments.

Every plan is dependent on what your employer has negotiated for you. Our therapists here are either Registered Psychotherapists (not Psychologists) or Registered Social Workers.

The payment is due at the end of session and will be taken either by the therapist/dietitian or the Client Care Coordinator at the front desk.

At the centre we use a software to help us run the practice called janeapp.  This software helps with bookings, charting, etc.  It will also keep your credit card on file.  It’s encrypted, so it’s safe and secure.  We charge the credit card on file at the end of the session and janeapp automatically emails you a receipt. It’s easy, paperless and secure.
