Jessica Zeyl, RP - Toronto Counselling Centre for Teens

Jessica Zeyl, RP

Jessica is our clinic director and a highly respected therapist known for her wisdom, warmth, and strong leadership. Therapists who have been supervised by Jessica often describe feeling deeply seen, validated, and gently encouraged to grow and excel in their work.

Jessica currently works with adults, with a strong focus on leaders in business, corporate, non-profit, and artistic communities. Leadership has been a constant part of her life, and she has been formally developing leaders since her first career after completing her undergraduate degree. It is no surprise that people in leadership roles have found her to be a valued and trusted psychotherapist.

Jessica also works especially well with people who are creative, curious, and open to meaningful change. She supports clients through life transitions, leadership challenges, relationship shifts, career changes, spiritual exploration, healing from difficult experiences, significant loss, and opening themselves to love and new possibilities.

In session, Jessica is engaged, thoughtful, kind, and insightful. She helps clients become more curious about themselves, their relationships, their circumstances, and the options available to them.

Jessica is also a skilled couples therapist and works with couples who are motivated to put in the work needed to create meaningful change.
