Allie comes to us as a licensed psychotherapist (RPQ) with a strong foundation in psychology and sociology, holding a Bachelor’s degree from Western University and a diploma in Psychotherapy from the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counselling College.
She is passionate about working with adolescents, understanding the unique challenges they face, such as anxiety, confidence, social media pressures, identity formation, and feelings of exclusion.
You will find Allie to be warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in the growth of her clients. Allie is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment where teens can explore their feelings and connect with their true selves.
She employs a humanistic and person-centered approach, emphasizing empathy and collaboration to empower young people during these pivotal years of development.
When she’s not in the therapy room, Allie enjoys spending time with friends and family, dancing, and practicing or teaching yoga. She believes these activities enrich her life and help her maintain balance, which in turn allows her to be fully present for her clients.
