Sydney approaches her work with youth with a compassionate, non-judgmental, and empathetic mindset. She creates a safe and supportive space where children and teens feel comfortable being themselves, while helping them feel understood, validated, and empowered.
She supports youth with concerns such as self-esteem and confidence, school-related stress, peer relationships and bullying, and managing strong emotions or life and family transitions. Sydney works collaboratively with each young person to build practical coping skills and foster resilience.
Sydney brings over 15 years of experience working with children and teens in camp settings, where she has guided, coached, and mentored youth. She also values strong, collaborative relationships with parents to support each child’s unique needs.
Outside of her work, Sydney enjoys reading, watching movies, doing puzzles, and spending time with friends.
Sydney sees individual teens, children & adults as well as families.
Sydney practices at both our Runnymede & Bloor location and Danforth & Chester location.
