Jaime McNally

Jaime holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University, where they developed an interest in psychological research, and how therapy can shift to meet clients where they are at. 

Jaime has years of experience in caregiving and customer service, providing a compassionate outlook that aims to create safety, comfort, and warmth in every environment. They are passionate about understanding mental health as a layered issue, seeing how community, structures and systems impact our relationships to our well-being. They appreciate how therapy, nature and mindfulness can help us come back to earth when things start to feel out of our hands. 

Outside of work Jaime enjoys crochet, rock climbing, cooking and gathering with friends. They are grateful for the opportunity to work with a welcoming team that does such wonderful work.
